Sort It Out is a non-emergency online service that connects residents across the Republic of Ireland with the body that can actually fix the problem. Whether it's a pothole, a broken public light, illegal dumping, or another local issue, Sort It Out works out who is responsible (your local council, or a national provider such as Uisce Éireann, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, ESB or Gas Networks Ireland) and routes your report to the right place.
It picks up where FixYourStreet.ie left off when it closed in 2022, and goes further: routing beyond the council to the right national provider, letting you track the status of your reports, and add photos to them.
